Product Policy


​1. ​All Products except "Custom" products.

a. ​​ All products have pre-set template designs with customizable elements, whether it is text or photograph, marked in a red box in the “Order Guide” of product photos.

b. ​ The general artwork of the product cannot be changed. If you choose to print a design of your own, please place the order on “Custom” design product which is available in each category.

c. Each design includes 2 design revisions where a customer can make changes in their custom text or photo 2 times after which each additional revision will be charged at a rate of Rs. 500 per revision.


(We strongly recommend checking the mockup sent in detail to ensure there are no spelling errors and typos when it comes to text especially.)


2. ​Custom Design Products:

a. The design for this product is fully customizable and the customer has to share a design reference from internet or any other source of what they want and our team will strive to design something similar.

b. Custom Design Products includes 2 design revisions where a customer can make changes in their custom text or photo 2 times after which each additional revision will be charged at a rate of Rs. 500 per revision.

Payment Policy


​a. Our products are custom printed and made especially for you; therefore, we require a full advance payment to process your order.

​b. Payment Method: Online Bank Transfer Only. Credit Cards Coming Soon!

Delivery Policy


​a. ​Our products are custom printed after you approve the design, therefore delivery timelines are calculated from when you ​approve the design mockup shared with you NOT when the order is placed on the website.

b. Delivery timeline ranges from 10-15 days depending on type of product, please see individual product description for the ​relevant delivery time.

c. Orders can be placed from around the world but delivery is available only in Pakistan.  

Cancellation and Refund Policy


a. Custom products are made-to-order and after a design is approved by customer to print, an order cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded.

​b. ​An order that is in processing may be changed or cancelled with a cancellation service fee of Rs. 500 with the remaining amount being refunded or used towards the product being exchanged mid-processing.

c. We DO NOT have a refund policy.
