Payment and Cancellation Policy

FUJI COLOR PAKISTAN LABORATORIES or herein after referred as "FUJI Creative Printing" is a custom printing business striving to offer high-quality customized products that are printed as per customer approval on a made-to-order basis only upon receiving full advance payment to confirm the order right after a purchase is made on our website. 

FUJI Creative Printing shall be unable to process any order until the customer has paid the due amount mentioned in the quotation, FUJI Creative Printing will send an order confirmation message on Whatsapp upon which the product customization starts Refer to Order Process

Payment Mode and Method:

Cancellation and Exchange:

1. Cancellation in the event an order is fully prepared by FUJI Creative Printing CANNOT be changed, cancelled or refunded.

2. Cancellation in the event an order is in processing may be requested to cancel or change by the customer with a cancellation fee of Rs. 500. The customer is subjected to inform about the change-of-mind as soon as possible to accommodate the cancellation. In which case:

​2.1 Customer can opt to modify the design.

​2.2 Customer can opt to change the product or add more products, with the difference amount to be paid in a separate transaction.

Refund:

FUJI Creative Printing DOES NOT have a refund policy, therefore any purchase made on our website cannot be refunded in any case.
