Delivery Policy
FUJI COLOR PAKISTAN LABORATORIES (PVT.) LTD. or hereinafter "FUJI Creative Printing" will always deliver the products through a reputable national / international third-party courier service provider. Therefore, standard delivery charges as quoted by the courier company shall be applicable and payable by the buyer at the time of making the purchase on our website. The delivery charges may vary based on weight or volume of the products, on whichever-is-higher basis. FUJI Creative Printing will communicate the exact delivery charges at the time of making the purchase. Orders on the website can be placed from all countries in the world but delivery is only available in Pakistan.
Delivery Timeline:
a. Our products are custom printed after you approve the design with our sales team, therefore delivery timelines are calculated from when you approve the design mockup shared with you and NOT when the order is placed on our website. Refer to Order Process.
b. Delivery timeline ranges from 10-15 days depending on the type of product, please see individual product description for the relevant delivery time.
c. Please note that a delivery may take longer during the holiday season or other busy periods. FUJI Creative Printing is unable to guarantee delivery time under any circumstances, and any queries, complaints or disputes with regards to delivery should be addressed directly to the courier company. FUJI Creative Printing shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
d. Risk of loss and damage of products passes on to the buyer on the date when the products are handed over to the courier company for onward delivery to the buyer. FUJI Creative Printing shall send a message confirming the dispatch of the order to the buyer.
e. The delivery timeline can be tracked through the courier company, details of which shall be provided by FUJI Creative Printing in the order dispatch confirmation message.
