If you have interacted with us via WhatsApp and would like your personal data removed from our systems, you may request deletion using one of the methods below.
How to request data deletion
- Send an email to: support@fujicreativeprinting.com
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Include your WhatsApp phone number and business name (if applicable)
What data will be deleted
Upon verification, we will delete:
- WhatsApp conversation history
- Contact details associated with your WhatsApp number
- Any related customer records stored for communication purposes
Processing time
Requests are processed within 7 business days.
Data retention
Certain records may be retained if required by law or for accounting and compliance purposes.
