At Fuji Creative Printing, we understand the importance of providing customized products that meet our customers' unique requirements. We are committed to delivering high-quality and personalized items that exceed your expectations. To ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for both our customers and our team, we have developed the following policy for customized products:

Product Customization Process

Product Selection


Customers can choose from our range of products eligible for customization. These options will be clearly indicated on our website or in-store and social media channels i.e. Instagram   

Customization Options


We provide a variety of customization options, including colors, sizes, materials, texts, and more. Customers can select their preferred options during the ordering process and may consult our Graphic Design team.

Design Approval


If the customization involves unique artwork, logos, or designs provided by the customer, we require design approval before proceeding with production. This ensures accuracy and avoids copyright or licensing issues.


Design Revision


We value our team that supports the entire customization process, therefore, there will be an additional design charges of up to Rs. 500 if there are more than three revisions of a design / artwork.

However, customization with less than three revisions are not charged any additional value. 

Production Timeframe


The production time for customized products may vary depending on the complexity of the customization and current order volume. We will provide an estimated timeframe during the ordering process.

Custom Order Process and Payment


Order Confirmation: Once the customization details are finalized, customers will receive an order confirmation both on a Phone Call as well as an Email and a Whatsapp Message with the agreed-upon specifications, pricing, and estimated delivery or pickup date.

Payment: Full or partial payment may be required at the time of order placement, depending on the nature and cost of the customization. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, online payment platforms, bank transfer etc.

 

Changes and Cancellations


Changes: If a customer wishes to modify the customization details after the order has been confirmed, they must contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable changes, but additional charges, decline to request or delays may apply.

Cancellations: Customized products are made to order, which means cancellations may only be possible within a specific timeframe after order placement. Once production has started, cancellations may no longer be accepted. However, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance, and we will assess the situation accordingly.

Quality Assurance


Inspection: Before shipping or handing over the customized product, our quality assurance team thoroughly inspects each item to ensure it meets our strict standards.

Returns and Exchanges: In the unlikely event that a customized product is defective or does not match the approved customization details, customers may be eligible for a return, exchange, re-print or refund. Please refer to our general return policy for more information.

Customer Support: Our dedicated customer support team is available to assist you throughout the customization process. Feel free to reach out via email, phone, or our online support channels.

Communication Channels: We will maintain open communication with customers, providing regular updates on the status of their customized product, including production milestones, shipping or pickup information, and any unforeseen delays.
